Giving Week Give Away - T&C's

How to Enter:

1. Make a donation of $5 or more to a charity of your choice on the Charitabl. app.

2. For each donation you make you will receive an additional entry.

3. Share this post to your Instagram story for an additional entry.

4. Follow us, like this post and tag 3 friends in a single comment for an additional entry.

5. Full details of prizes and T&C’s can be found on our website. *Must be and Australian resident and at least 18 years old to enter.

6. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook/Instagram.

7. The winner will be chosen through a giveaway picker, contacted via phone and announced on our socials and on our website on Monday the 21^st of October 2024.

Terms and Conditions:

1. This Giving week Instagram Giveaway is organised by Charitable Giving Ltd (ABN 81 657 475 164) (We, Charitabl.) Charitable Giving Ltd is a registered charity.

2. Participants must be residents of Australia and at least 18 years old to enter.

3. Winners will be selected through a Giveaway Picker.

4. Winners will be announced and tagged on our social media accounts and contacted via the registered phone number linked to their registered Charitabl. app account. 

5. Charitabl. will make reasonable efforts to contact winners as above, however, in the event the winners are uncontactable the winners will have 7 days from the announcement date to claim their prize by emailing info@charitabl.org; otherwise, a redraw will occur.

6. Reasonable verification of winners identity may be required and confirmation of their ownership of the relevant social media account. 

7. The competition runs from 9:00 AM on 14 October 2024 to 11:59 PM on 20 October 2024.

8. Grand Prize total value: Under AUD$3000. No permits required for Australia.

9. Failure of a Participant to abide by the Terms & Conditions will result in disqualification and a redraw will occur.
